Travel to Niagara Falls

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well this excursion with our children was worth a million.
It is indescribably the best natural wonder in Canada.

On that Warm day in August  we went to the one and only Niagara Falls, we visited the main street, the gardens, went to the amusement park, museums and had All you can eat BBQ ribs for lunch. I think that for the boys, the BBQ ribs were the highlight. For me, well its quite clear, it was the falls. We bought tickets for the family to walk under the falls and also to take the “Maid of the Mist” boat tour into the basin of the falls. As you can see it was nothing less than spectacular. Those little thin plastic hoodies they give you are absolutely needed and I recommend you wear glasses, I was not expecting the spray from the falls to be so intense.

Needless to say, this memory has implanted itself into my brain for life, and sharing and enjoying it with my children was even better. I highly recommend a trip to Niagara falls, It may be a little pricy (it was for us because were six) but well worth it.
